The Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS certification) improves the accuracy of carrier route, 5-digit ZIP, ZIP+4, and delivery point codes that appear on mail pieces. The program is a quality-control measure that ensures that vendors provide accurate, updated information and services to customers who purchase this information to process their mailing lists. CASS is included in the NCOALink process.

DPV
Delivery Point Validation is a service developed by the USPS to help reduce cost. It verifies whether or not an address exists in the US and can receive mail. DPV is included in the NCOALink process.
