NCOALink
Each year over 40 million Americans change their address. Address information becomes obsolete very quickly if no action is taken to keep it current. With NCOALink TM, PacificEast can update and verify address information thereby reducing your undeliverable mail and related expenses. The NCOALink process returns the new address for any person, family or business that has moved or changed their address listing within the last 48 months. When possible, people or businesses who move multiple times within a 48 month period are "linked" or "chained" to ensure the latest address is provided when an NCOALink match is obtained.
NCOALink is a secure database of approximately 160 million permanent change-of-address records consisting of the names and addresses of individuals, families and businesses that have filed a change-of-address with the USPS®. NCOALink enables mailers to process mailing lists and update lists with new addresses prior to mailing.
All classes of mail can benefit from NCOALink. However, if you are preparing a discount rate First-Class mailing, NCOALink can be used to meet the USPS "Move Update" requirement. NCOALink returns a CASS standardized address along with DPVTM and LACSLinkTM codes. Bulk delivery rates will not be available for any addresses without a verified delivery point.

Cost Savings
The following basic example illustrates the significant cost savings that can be experienced with NCOALink processing. Using an average correction rate of 5% based on a 150,000 record file and a mail piece costing $.50, a saving of $3375 can be enjoyed after the cost of the service.

Processing Acknowledgment Form
The United States Postal Service® (USPS) requires that each customer complete an NCOALink Processing Acknowledgment Form (PAF) every year. This form should be printed, completed by an officer of the company, and returned by fax to PacificEast at 1-360-988-0940.
