CASS Certified
DataMAX produces CASSTM certified addresses and enables U.S. mailers to qualify for bar-coding discounts on outbound mail. DataMAX meets all the address data cleansing and validation requirements of the Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS). CASS is the process that ensures accurate carrier route, 9-digit ZIP+4 codes and Delivery Point Barcodes are placed on mail pieces by address correction software.
Delivery Point Validation
DataMAX includes Delivery Point Validation, a service developed by the USPS to help reduce cost. It verifies whether or not an address exists and can receive mail. Addresses with missing apartment or suite numbers are identified and flagged.
